Godwin Bowman & Martinez Attorney Leiza Dolghih Adds Mediation Skills
Posted By Godwin Bowman & Martinez || Apr 8, 2016
Godwin Bowman & Martinez Senior Attorney Leiza Dolghih has completed "40-Hour Basic Mediation Training," a course that complies with the standards set by the Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable and Chapter 154 of the Texas Civil Practices & Remedies Code.
Ms. Dolghih is now qualified to mediate court-appointed cases in employment, business and other areas of law. In addition to representing clients in mediation, prior to and during litigation, she may now use that training, combined with her legal expertise, in mediating disputes and resolving conflicts between business partners, companies, employers and employees, and other types of conflict situations.
Congratulations to Leiza on adding this valuable tool to the skills that she brings to her clients.
