Nicole Michael is an associate serving clients in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. She represents clients in disputes involving contracts, banking, correspondent lending, real estate, mortgage buy-back and indemnity, and debt collection. Nicole's experience also includes several complex patent disputes involving oil drilling technology and a trademark infringement lawsuit against a major search engine.

For more than four years, Nicole has been a member of the firm's Halliburton team, working in connection with all civil litigation and investigations concerning BP's Macondo well blowout in the Gulf of Mexico.

Nicole is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. She received a B.S., cum laude, in Mass Communications from Texas Wesleyan University.
