Jenny Martinez represents both plaintiffs and defendants in business disputes involving real estate, banking, insurance, employment, contracts and collections. Jenny is a member of the firm's Halliburton team, working in connection with all civil litigation and investigations concerning BP's Macondo well blowout in the Gulf of Mexico.

Jenny received a J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1999 and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Southern Methodist University in 1995. While at SMU, she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and was the Publicity Chairman of the Political Science Symposium. She was also a Chief Counsel at the SMU Legal Clinic, a research assistant to Professor Ellen Smith Pryor, Law School Director for Texas Women Lawyers and the Treasurer of the SMU Women in Law.

Reflecting the excellence of her practice, she has been named among the Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America, named to the list of Texas Super Lawyers by Thomson Reuters, honoring the top 5% of attorneys in the state of Texas, been recognized as one of "The Best Lawyers in Dallas" by D Magazine and chosen to the list of Texas Rising Stars, as one of the most highly regarded young attorneys in the state.
